The servicemen and employees of the Russian National Guard ensure the safety of the center for issuing humanitarian aid and the branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation that opened in the Chaplynka settlement in the Kherson region.
Before the start of the work of social facilities, the engineering and inspection teams of the Rosguard examined the premises, as well as the territories adjacent to them. With the help of special technical means and service dogs, the protected objects were checked for the presence of explosives and explosive ordnance.
During the work of social institutions, the Russian National Guard servicemen and employees protect public order, carry out access control to the facilities, implement crime prevention measures, and patrol the territory adjacent to buildings.
The Rosguard personnel also help people with limited mobility to reach the places where they can receive the humanitarian aid and draw up documents for the monthly payment of social benefits and pensions.
