THE ROSGUARDSMEN DISCOVERED ANOTHER EVIDENCE OF THE US LEADING ROLE IN THE DESTABILIZATION OF THE EASTERN REGIONS OF UKRAINE

On the territory of the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), the Rosguard Special Forces Units personnel discovered the evidence of the systematic destructive work of the United States international structures to destabilize the political situation in the East of Ukraine in the period from 2014 to 2022. In particular, we are talking about the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The documents captured by the Rosguard Special Forces servicemen contain detailed instructions for organizing work to discredit the Russian Federation in the eyes of the local population. This activity was carried out, among other things, through the distribution of various printed publications that distort the real picture of what is happening in Ukraine and deliberately expose Russia as an aggressor country.

The heads of local administrations conducted their work on the basis of manuals and guides published under the editorship of representatives of USAID, as well as with funds of this organization. Textbooks for advanced training courses for local authorities invariably contain sections on the decentralization of Ukraine. In work with young people, under the guise of ideas of gender equality, the values of the LGBT community were promoted. The activity of the USAID in the LPR was also confirmed by the representatives of the local administration.

The overwhelming majority of the detected manuals clearly testify to the systematic and purposeful incitement of interethnic hatred and hatred towards the Russian Federation. The materials found by the National Guard servicemen have been handed over to the competent authorities.

Earlier, in the course of carrying out service and combat tasks, the Rosguardsmen discovered evidence of the work of the OSCE observers in the interests of the Ukrainian special services.
