The servicemen and employees of the Russian National Guard ensured the security of issuing the first passports of the Russian Federation to local residents of the of Chaplinka settlement in the Kherson region.
Before the opening of the pickup points, the specialists from the engineering and inspection teams of Rosguard examined the protected facility and the territory adjacent to it for the detection of explosive ordnance and explosives.
The National Guard servicemen and employees congratulated the newly-made citizens on a significant event in their lives. After taking the oath of a citizen of the Russian Federation, the main identity document of a citizen of the Russian Federation was received by the first residents of the liberated settlement. Together with passports, each person was presented the Constitution of the Russian Federation and memorable gifts.
