COLONEL GENERAL OLEG PLOKHOI SIGNED THE PLAN OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE ROSGUARD AND THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF CUBA

A working meeting between the Secretary of State - Deputy Director of the National Guard Troops Federal Service of the Russian Federation - Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Oleg Plokhoi, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Cuba Lazaro Alberto Alvarez Casas was held in Moscow.

In the course of negotiations, issues of the bilateral cooperation were discussed, as well as prospective areas of its further development. The event resulted in the signing of the Plan of Cooperation between the National Guard Troops Federal Service of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Cuba for the year 2024.
