COLONEL GENERAL OLEG PLOKHOI HELD A WORKING MEETING WITH THE MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ABKHAZIA POLICE MAJOR GENERAL ROBERT KIUT

Negotiations between the Secretary of State - Deputy Director of the National Guard Troops Federal Service of the Russian Federation – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Oleg Plokhoi and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, Major General Robert Kiut, were held in Moscow.
During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of the bilateral agenda, including personnel training, licensing and permitting activities and the formation of the legal framework for interagency cooperation.
