COLONEL GENERAL OLEG PLOKHOI PARTICIPATES IN THE ST. PETERSBURG INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FORUM

The 11th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum has opened in St. Petersburg, which is the largest platform for dialogue between representatives of the legal, business, political and law enforcement communities on the legal support of the national security in the light of modern threats.

The plenary session and thematic sessions are attended by the Secretary of State - Deputy Director of the National Guard Troops Federal Service of the Russian Federation – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Oleg Plokhoi.
