During the working trip to Nizhny Novgorod, the Secretary of State - Deputy Director of the National Guard Troops Federal Service of the Russian Federation - Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Oleg Plokhoi got acquainted with the service and combat activities of the Volga District of the Rosguard, visited units of the Special Forces of the National Guard Troops and the Directorate of the Rosguard for the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
In addition, Colonel General Oleg Plokhoi introduced Lieutenant General Sergey Prosyanik, Acting Commander of the Volga District of the Rosguard, to the personnel of the Directorate.
The Secretary of State - Deputy Director of the Rosguard presented state awards to the servicemen and employees who distinguished themselves in the performance of service and combat tasks, including during the special military operation.
