THE ROSGUARDSMEN DISCOVERED A CACHE WITH EXPLOSIVE ITEMS IN THE ZAPOROZHIE REGION

The Rosguard Special Forces personnel, in cooperation with representatives of other law enforcement agencies, verified the information received from local residents. When examining non-residential buildings on the outskirts of one of the settlements in the Berdyansk district of the Zaporozhie region, the National Guardsmen discovered a carefully camouflaged hiding place. Explosive objects wrapped in the uniform of the Ukrainian Armed were hidden under a layer of ground and turf.

There were two MON-50 mines MON-50, the "Metis" anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) with a mobile phone attached, as well as a flare gun and two stun grenades in the cache.

Dangerous finds in compliance with safety requirements were moved to a specially prepared site and destroyed with an overhead charge.
