The Russian National Guard Troops servicemen successfully counteract the tactics of conducting the so-called "remote war" by the enemy. Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Rosguard sappers have discovered and destroyed more than 20 so-called "camera traps" - reconnaissance and signaling equipment mined with directional (off-route) mines.
The “camera traps” are camouflaged electronic devices equipped with a motion control sensor, a camera, means of navigation and communication, and a power supply element. Most often, nationalists install them near crossroads in the coverage area of cellular communication and plant MON-50 directed destruction mines for non-removability.
The “camera trap” captures the movement, transmits to the operator the coordinates and a photograph of the object that covered by the camera, and after that the enemy’s command makes a decision to remotely detonate a pre-laid powerful explosive device or use artillery at this geo-position.
Recognizing the enemy's vile tactics in time, the Rosguard servicemen continued to complete all the assigned tasks.
