The ceremony of presenting the highest state awards by the President of the Russian Federation was held in the Catherine's Hall of the Kremlin.

For courage, valor and dedication demonstrated in the performance of military duty, Captain Dmitry Rasputikov, Deputy Group Commander of the Special Forces Detachment of the National Guard Troops Central District.

- Today we have the participants of the special military operation here in this Hall, and they are representatives of the entire multinational community of our country. We are proud of their valor and courage (...).

The Rosguard Special Forces Captain Dmitry Rasputikov, acted with courage and determination. Today he is being awarded the Order of Courage,” Vladimir Putin stressed.

In his speech, the officer expressed his sincere gratitude to the subordinate personnel, because the award of the commander is, first of all, the merit of his personnel.

Captain Dmitry Rasputikov recalled that today, as part of the special military operation, our country faced not only a new manifestation of Nazism and fascism, but also a large number of mercenaries who, like vultures descended upon our Motherland and are trying to destroy it.

In his speech, he expressed his gratitude to the relatives and friends who are waiting for their fighters to come home.
